A loving and engaging family in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time nanny for their adorable baby son.

We are looking for a warm and patient caregiver who is passionate about child development and eager to create a stimulating and enriching environment. This family value open communication and a collaborative partnership with their nanny.

Children: One child — 11 months old boy

Schedule: Monday–Thursday , 8:00 AM–1:00PM or 9:00 AM - 2:00PM

Start date: ASAP

Pets: Dog (cavapoo). She's a 12 pound, hypo-allergic dog, non-shed

Specific Tasks and Expectations:

Both parents work from home so nanny needs to be comfortable with having parents around.

Focus on Developmental Milestones

The family’s top priority remains child development.
They are seeking a nanny who is hands-on and actively engaged in helping the child reach age-appropriate milestones such as:
- Standing, cruising, or early walking.
- Fine motor skill development (e.g., picking up small objects, stacking toys).
- Early communication, including words, gestures
- Encouraging exploration, curiosity, and learning through play.
Feeding the baby (transitioning from bottles to solid foods and finger foods).
Washing bottles/sippy cups and cleaning up after meals/snacks.
Preparing nutritious meals/snacks (e.g., steaming vegetables, cutting soft fruits, introducing proteins).
Supporting nap routines (likely 1–2 naps/day).
Diapering and hygiene support.

Language Development

Bilingual in Spanish Nanny preferred but not required
Using books, songs, and conversation to build bilingual exposure and early vocabulary.

Engagement and Play

Active participation in:
- Reading and storytelling.
- Outdoor time (stroller walks, park visits).
- Interactive play (toys, music, games).
- Sensory activities, simple crafts, or age-appropriate structured play.
