After getting a degree in Business Administration and having over 10 years of experience in the nanny/babysitting business I decided to create a personalized service where families and nannies can connect according to their unique needs.

I have always said, after 10 years of doing something (as a career or actually anything that matter), you become a master at it.

I have worked with many families--from newborn to pre-teens and multiples to special needs. Went from being a full-time nanny to becoming a field manager of a nanny agency and have helped over a 100 families in the Phoenix greater area connect with qualified caregivers.
