My journey began hands-on, working directly with families as a nanny for children ranging from newborns to pre-teens, including multiples and children with special needs. Over time, I transitioned into leadership roles, including serving as a field manager for a nanny agency, where I gained deep insight into what makes childcare placements successful, lasting, and trusted.

For the past 10 years, Ready Nanny has helped 100+ families across the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area connect with qualified, carefully vetted caregivers, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking and bilingual nannies.
