Schedule:
2–3 weekdays per week, flexible mornings or afternoons (approx. 4-5 hours per day)

Specific tasks and expectations:
The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 12-month-old child in a home setting. The primary focus should always be on the child’s safety, well-being, and enrichment. Specific responsibilities include:
Engaging the child in age-appropriate play and developmental activities, including the use of toys, flashcards, books, and outdoor walks.
Communicating with the child in both English and Spanish to support early bilingual language exposure.
Feeding the child meals prepared or approved by the parents.
Assisting with nap time routines, including putting the child down for naps as needed.
Performing light household tasks while the child is sleeping or under the mother’s care, such as washing dishes, doing baby-related laundry, and general tidying.
Collaborating with the stay-at-home mother as needed when she is present in the home.
Respecting all household guidelines and routines, including food and safety protocols.
Hourly rate: $25- $30 DOE
Qualifications required:
Fluent in English and Spanish (to engage the child in both languages)
Excellent References
Clean Background
CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
Reliable Transportation
Experience caring for infants or toddlers (preferred: former stay-at-home parent or long-term nanny experience)
Background in early childhood education is a strong plus
Comfortable performing light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying) when child is napping or with parent
Must be comfortable working in a home with security cameras
Must be respectful of parents’ preferences for feeding and routines
Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
