3-4 Day/Week Nanny for 2 Kids – Phoenix (Arcadia) | Starting ASAP

A flexible and welcoming family in Phoenix is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and calm Nanny to care for their two young children. This role is ideal for a skilled caregiver who thrives at multitasking with toddlers and infants, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment while building a lasting, family-like bond.

Crossroads: E Indian School Rd & N 44th St (Phoenix / Arcadia Lite)

Children: Girl (2 years old) & Boy (11 weeks old)

Schedule: Flexible 3 to 4 days per week (Wednesdays required; e.g., 8:00am–4:00pm). Occasional evening availability (~2x a month) for date nights is a plus. (Note: Family travels during July and August each summer)

Starting Date: September 01, 2026

Specific Tasks and Expectations:

  • Attentive & Engaging Care: Provide warm, attentive care for a toddler and baby simultaneously, balancing play, feedings, and nap times both at home and on outings to local parks.

  • Solo & Shared Care: Comfortably care for both children together or manage one-on-one time with one child when mom is out with the other.

  • Meal & Bottle Prep: Handle light meal preparation and heating for toddler breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as well as formula bottle preparation for the baby on schedule.

  • Daily Tidying: Keep children’s play, feeding, and living spaces clean, organized, and tidy throughout the day.

Compensation: $25/hour

Qualifications Required:

  • Extensive professional experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously.

  • Calm, patient, and highly trustworthy temperament.

  • Comfortable with a work-from-home parent dynamic (Mom owns a business and will be in and out of the home).

  • COVID-19 vaccination required (all adults in the household are vaccinated).

  • Excellent references and a clean background check.

  • CPR/First Aid certified.
