A warm and welcoming family in the Scottsdale area is seeking a dedicated and loving Nanny to provide exceptional care for their infant. This role is ideal for a professional who is looking to become a long-term, valued extension of a warm household, providing attentive care while the mother primarily works from home.

Crossroads: N Granite Reef Rd and E Jackrabbit Rd

Children: Infant girl (will be 6 months old at start date)

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm (Indefinitely)

Starting Date: Mid Sept 2026

Specific Tasks and Expectations:

Attentive Childcare: Provide regular, high-quality caretaking for the baby, focusing on feeding, playing, tracking naps, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities.
Infant Prep: Help prepare bottles and manage daily feeding routines.
Daily Tidying: Maintain a clean and orderly environment by handling light clean-up of the baby's spaces.
Pet Care Assistance: Interact with and occasionally let out/play with the family’s energetic 1-year-old Golden Retriever.

Compensation: $25 - $30 /hour DOE

Pets: One dog (1-year-old Golden Retriever)

Qualifications Required:

Prior professional infant childcare experience.
Must absolutely love dogs and be comfortable/able to keep up with both an energetic puppy and a growing baby.
COVID-19 vaccination required (all adults in the household are vaccinated).
Comfortable with a work-from-home parent dynamic (Mom works from home most days with occasional travel; Dad works in-office).
Reliable, punctual, and looking for a meaningful, long-term commitment.
Excellent references and a clean background check.
CPR/First Aid certified.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, nurturing professional who genuinely loves dogs, brings positive energy to infant developmental milestones, and desires a long-term fit with a wonderful family. Interviews are taking place throughout July and August.
