A professional, cohesive, and collaborative family in Scottsdale is seeking a nurturing and sophisticated Nanny to care for their three young children (ages 4, 3, and 1.5). This role is ideal for a career-oriented caregiver who thrives in a highly structured, fully-staffed environment and enjoys the logistics and excitement of high-end global travel. Having successfully worked with night nurses and previous nannies, the family is now looking for a long-term team member who values a stable, professional, and respectful multi-generational household.

Crossroads: E Horseshoe Canyon Dr & Thompson Peak Pkwy

Children: Boy (4), Boy (3), Girl (1.5)

Schedule: When in Scottsdale, the schedule varies but includes two full days off per week (Every Sunday + one weekday). While traveling (15–20 weeks per year), the schedule is designed with fairness to ensure the Nanny has sufficient time for self-care.

Specific Tasks and Expectations: The Nanny will be a vital part of a high-functioning household team, providing expert care while maintaining a positive, "no-ego" attitude. Primary responsibilities include:

Mom co-parents closely with her parents, so valuing and respecting the role the grandparents play in child-rearing is essential. The ideal candidate is someone who won't be offended by Grandma’s involvement and can gracefully navigate a home with multiple authority figures.

  • Bilingual Engagement: Communicating with the children primarily in Spanish to foster early language fluency.

  • Safety & Logistics: Maintaining a strictly peanut-free environment due to a severe allergy. Proficiency with various high-end car seat and stroller brands is highly preferred.

  • Team Integration: Working harmoniously alongside the home staff. Since everyone is a team player here, understanding how your work impacts the rest of the staff is key.

  • Travel: Accompany the family on approximately 15–20 weeks of annual travel. All arrangements are premium-tier, ensuring the Nanny’s comfort with dedicated private accommodations at every destination and seamless, high-end transit logistics.
